The 14th Annual Montauk Music Festival

Opening Party on Thursday May 15^th at the Westlake Fish House

Enjoy an evening of music, appetizers, cocktails, and dancing. Twenty of the Festival Bands will do a sneak preview of their weekend shows- on three stages: inside and out under the tent.

Tickets- $60- includes appetizers and free sponsor drinks along with over four hours of live music.

Over 400 performances beginning Friday afternoon and running through Sunday evening- there will be shows throughout Montauk showcasing 100 acts at about 40 satellite venues.

On Saturday and Sunday- May 17^th and 18^th

The MAIN STAGES will once again be on the Green in the center of town.

Bring a Beach Chair and/or Blanket- friends and family-and be ready for 2-days of entertainment. No coolers or outside alcohol. Beer/Wine/Soda, and fun at the sponsor tent available during the event.

There will be an admission/donation fee [$20 for 2-day pass], and children under 5 are free- this will allow you entrance for both Saturday and Sunday’s shows 11am- to 5 or 6pm. {Cash or VENMO only}

May 2023 Performers

Nora Conlon

Nora Conlon just finished her Junior year at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU. Growing up in Springs, she has been playing solo gigs around the East end of Long Island for years now. At school Nora has been working on her craft as a songwriter and audio engineer and during her Fall semester abroad, she dropped her first single “Cut it Out” on all streaming platforms. Nora’s sound is inspired by artists, Mitski, Jeff Buckley, Hozier, and Madison Cunningham and she is excited to play some new songs at the Montauk Music Festival this year.

The Velvicks

The Velvicks, like all the best rock and roll stories of the early 21st century, can be traced back to abasement. With influences from Pink Floyd, Queens of The Stone Age, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, and Radiohead, the band delivers heart-pounding rock that is at once familiar and distinctive. The sounds of the band members individual experiences combined with a shared passion for authentic rock and roll. “Songs are making sense; the band is delivering badass live performances and people are responding to it.” says Vick Nader -

Red Matter

Genre blending, jamband juggernaut Red Matter delivers dynamic, sophisticated songwriting with danceable rhythms - full of rollicking extended jams, musical improvisation, visual stimulation, and all-out aural excitement.

Jessie Haines

Jessie Haines is a country/pop artist whose infectious songwriting is quickly gaining momentum worldwide.

The retro-future post funk fusion phenomenon. Complete with horns, vocals, and a rhythm section that will keep you dancing the entire time.

Card Reader

Card Reader is a Long Island based power trio known for DIY touring across the country. They bring with them a high energy performance reminiscent of Blink 182, The Used, Alkaline Trio.

Tigris

Tigres, the electrifying band hailing from Long Island NY, ignites stages with their funky and fresh sound. With a seamless fusion of genres, their music transcends boundaries, leaving audiences mesmerized by their magnetic performances. From pulsating beats to soul- stirring melodies, Tigres' artistry captivates the hearts of listeners, infusing energy and groove into every note they play. Craig Greenberg

"Craig Greenberg has been hailed as NYC’s most acclaimed post-millennial piano man. Over the past 15+ years, the native New Yorker has been a staple on the city’s music scene, capturing and building on the spirited ivory traditions of greats like Billy Joel, Ben Folds and Randy Newman with sparkling, soulful new musical twists, a larger than life personality and his insightful, dramatic sense of storytelling. Craig has independently released 5 albums (his most recent EP, Between the Sea and the Sky, released in Dec 2022), with new releases slated for 2025. He has performed upwards of 1000 shows, since his start playing in bars while living in Chile, and later Spain, in the early 2000s. His songs have received praise in American Songwriter, the Huffington Post, Relix Magazine, and have been played on radio stations all around the country and internationally (as well as locally on WFUV)."
