The 14th Annual Montauk Music Festival

Opening Party on Thursday May 15^th at the Westlake Fish House

Enjoy an evening of music, appetizers, cocktails, and dancing. Twenty of the Festival Bands will do a sneak preview of their weekend shows- on three stages: inside and out under the tent.

Tickets- $60- includes appetizers and free sponsor drinks along with over four hours of live music.

Over 400 performances beginning Friday afternoon and running through Sunday evening- there will be shows throughout Montauk showcasing 100 acts at about 40 satellite venues.

On Saturday and Sunday- May 17^th and 18^th

The MAIN STAGES will once again be on the Green in the center of town.

Bring a Beach Chair and/or Blanket- friends and family-and be ready for 2-days of entertainment. No coolers or outside alcohol. Beer/Wine/Soda, and fun at the sponsor tent available during the event.

There will be an admission/donation fee [$20 for 2-day pass], and children under 5 are free- this will allow you entrance for both Saturday and Sunday’s shows 11am- to 5 or 6pm. {Cash or VENMO only}

Mellish

Mellish is an indie rock band celebrated for their emotive soundscapes and poignant storytelling. Whale/Heart

Subterranean basement rockers serving up sonic walls of melody, warped psychedelic sounds, and twisting spaced out jams. Whale/Heart is Chris Clark (vox/guitar) Matt Orlando (vox/guitar) Devlin Webb (bass) Jack Marshall (keys) and Kevin Foran (drums).

Christiaan Padavan

"Christiaan Padavan is a 24 year-old from Hampton Bays, NY and was recently a gold ticket winner on Season 2 of American Idol on ABC Network! He is currently working for Long Island Radio Broadcasting, while still continuing his passion for music by playing regular gigs at venues across Long Island and writing his own music. He is blessed for the opportunities he's had in his young life and can't wait to see what the future holds..."

Tigris

Tigres, the electrifying band hailing from Long Island NY, ignites stages with their funky and fresh sound. With a seamless fusion of genres, their music transcends boundaries, leaving audiences mesmerized by their magnetic performances. From pulsating beats to soul- stirring melodies, Tigres' artistry captivates the hearts of listeners, infusing energy and groove into every note they play. The Big Happy

The Big Happy emerges from Long Island, NY, known for their high energy performance- the head bangin’, guitar skankin’, rhyme bustin’, 5 piece powerhouse blends sounds of Reggae, Hip Hop and Rock and roll, mixing up the perfect recipe for a good time.

Mark Newman

"Mark Newman Bio... Growing up in New York, Mark Newman’s musical journey has taken him around the world several times as both sideman and singer/songwriter. This ace stringman (guitar, lap steel, mandolin, dobro) and accomplished songwriter is the type of singer whose warm and expressive voice sounds like an old friend. He put it all together on 2006’s “Must Be A Pony” (Danal Music, LLC). In 2010 he took a quantum leap forward with the stunning “Walls Of Jericho” (Danal Music. LLC) and has just released, “Brussels”( Danal Music. LLC), a live solo EP. “Empirical Truth”, his latest CD was released in June, 2018 (Danal Music, LLC, distributed by WBA Records). It won best CD from the Long Island Blues Society. Sharing the stage with such notables as soul legend Sam Moore (Sam & Dave), John Oates(Hall and Oates), Jim McCarty (Yardbirds, Renaissance),the late Willy DeVille (Mink DeVille), Bobby Whitlock (Derek and the Dominos), Sam The Sham and Darlene Love has given Newman the perspective to craft an individualistic sound framed in straight-from-the-hip rock’n’roll, simmering with the subtle flavors of blues, R’n’B, funk, folk and soul. Bonnerville is a rock-pop-easy-listening band playing singer-songwriter originals.

Fat Nicky and the Snacks

Fat Nicky and the Snacks are a band that consists of four friends that came together to play fun covers in their own unique style. From reggae to rock to dance to hip hop they cover all bases. They stand out from the cover band scene with their unique take on songs and innovative mashups. F.N.A.T.S are becoming more and more seasoned in the Montauk Music Festival world, this will be their third consecutive year in the festival and they are extremely honored to be part of it!
