KarmaRé is the stage persona of Long Island native, Rachel Karmel, a classical/ jazz/ musical theatre vocalist with a passion for writing pop music. In 2017, KarmaRé had her start in the music industry with her debut single “Not Fazed”, followed by her EP with the same title. Shortly after, she released an acoustic live version of that EP to give the songs an even more personal touch. She was signed to Unispan Records in 2018, and they released her next project, Mood Ring. KarmaRé’s genre is fluid, and her style is influenced by the subject matter. She believes that music is a personal experience, and with her degree in music education, she enjoys teaching private lessons in addition to performing.
