Virginia Sweet is a dynamic hard rock/jam band making waves in the modern music scene. Drawing inspiration from legendary acts such as The Allman Brothers, Black Sabbath, and Gov’t Mule, the band masterfully fuses the essence of classic rock with the grit of ’90s rock to craft a sound uniquely their own.

Formed in the midst of the 2020 pandemic, the trio consists of Jason Dove (vocals and bass), Jason Jump (lead guitar), and Ricky Parker (drums). From their earliest days, Virginia Sweet has worked tirelessly to blend their distinct musical styles, creating a powerful synergy of raw, soulful vocals, electrifying guitar riffs, and a rhythm section that leaves audiences spellbound. Their energy and authenticity have quickly earned them a dedicated following.

Virginia Sweet released their debut EP, The Revival, in the summer of 2021, marking the beginning of their journey to captivate listeners far and wide. In 2022, the band collaborated with Multi-Platinum Grammy Award-winning producer Mikal Blue, recording 10 new tracks at Revolver Recordings in Thousand Oaks, California. By the end of 2024, after playing 81 electrifying shows, and unveiling their latest EP, Virginia Sweet, Vol. 1, Virginia Sweet solidified their presence in the rock and roll landscape.

Entering 2025 with an invigorated passion and drive, Virginia Sweet continues to deliver their infectious energy and captivating sound to stages around the world. With an unrelenting dedication to their craft, the trio is proving themselves to be an unstoppable force in modern rock music, destined to leave an indelible mark wherever their music is heard.
